 Ein Tischtennisball an einem von der Decke hängendem Gummiband befestigt.  Durch wiederholtes Spannen des Gummis nach unten auf den Boden und dann durch Loslassen, schmettert der Ball an den Deckenbalken und verliert mit der Zeit nicht nur seine Form, sondern fällt förmlich auseinander.  Wenn dieser Punkt erreicht ist, nimmt er seinen Platz auf dem Rasen ein und wird durch einen Neuen ersetzt.

Der verlangsamte Ton des Schmettervorgangs ist über Lautsprecher im Raum präsent.

 A table tennis ball attached to a rubber band hanging from the ceiling.  By repeatedly stretching the rubber down to the floor and then releasing it, the ball smashes against the ceiling beam and over time not only loses its shape but literally falls apart.  When this point is reached, it takes its place on the turf and is replaced by a new one.

The slowed-down sound of the smashing process is present in the room via loudspeakers.
